Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for it to work, and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. A full list, including retention periods and providers, is in our cookie policy.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time using the link at the bottom of the cookie policy.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties that help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store the website and our email.
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap and Taboola), where we run campaigns and, for our own advertising, where consented measurement data is sent.
- Analytics providers, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.
Every supplier that processes personal data on our behalf does so under a written processing agreement that restricts what they may do with it.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our suppliers, in particular the advertising platforms, are established outside the European Economic Area or process data there. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision by the European Commission, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses combined with additional safeguards where required.
You may ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply to a specific transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Client records and correspondence: for the duration of the agreement and 2 years afterwards.
- Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
- Cookie data: as set out in the cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased, where one of the grounds in Article 17 applies;
- restrict processing while a request is being assessed;
- receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, email sales@kmtelecombv.com. We respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access control on a need-to-know basis, multi-factor authentication on business systems, and regular review of the suppliers we use.
No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens and, where required, you.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 through this website. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our processing changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
